RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES
Galaxy Nails & Spa Venice reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate
behavior to any of our employees or guests.

- Nails Art cost varies depending on the level of your Technician.
- Prices are subject to change & may vary based on specific requirements.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
- Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your technician may not have time to complete your services. Please call to reschedule.
- Our system will block any accounts that no show or canceled more than 3 times via booking online.
- To help ensure a relaxing guest experience for everyone, all phones should be switched to vibrate mode. We ask that guests refrain from using audio communication ( such as Facetime) and mute any videos or music on streaming devices.
- Complimentary beverages are available and guests are welcome to bring in cold snacks, however no hot food/take out/delivery is permitted inside the salon.
Refunds & exchanges
- Should you experience any issues following your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to arrange a consultation to determine whether any complimentary corrective services are required.
- No refunds will be given on services.
